Due to a shortage of accommodation in our park, we have just purchased a Motel approximately 3 mintues drive from here. Previously named "Hawkes Bay Motor Lodge"

We have rebranded, renamed, and are presently revamping this complex. Look out for our "Magpie" signage.

	Handy to the Hawkes Bay Showgrounds The Hawkes Bay Showgrounds are 500m from Magpie Motel and there they have events such as the Hawke's Bay A & P Show, NZ Horse of the Year and every Sunday the Farmers' Market, where you can purchase locally made and grown products.
	Walking Distance to the Centre of Town We're also within walking distance to the centre of town where you will find a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. Ten minutes by car will have you in the beautiful art deco town of Napier; it's stunning waterfront location, interesting history and beautiful art deco buildings will keep you entertained for hours.
