To secure a booking through our office, we will require a deposit to cover the tariff for the first night's accommodation. This payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Master card only).
Child Policy- children aged up to and including 13 years of age are deemed to be a child. Children 14 years of age and over are considered as adults.
Arrival Time: After 2pm
Departure Time: Before 10am
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required in advance, with the balance due on your arrival. Note: deposits will not be refunded if booking is cancelled within 3 weeks of arrival date.Otherwise a cancellation fee of $30.00 applies to all bookings. Cancellation of group bookings within 6 weeks of arrival will incur a loss of all deposits on all rooms or sites booked.
Credit Card Details are kept on file – guests will incur charge-back for missing/damaged items or extra cleaning charges if units are left in a manner considered beyond reasonable wear and tear.*Peak season rates apply December to April- Public Holidays*
